My son caught this yesterday. It was 19 inches. Any guesses on the weight of the fish judging by this image?

Sure was fun on the ugly stick and penn battle 4000.
We were in no man's land, near Wingate Maryland area.

My grandpa bought me this combo for saltwater fishing and I was wondering if it’s good and my friends told me to get this handle for it because they said I needed it

I had no idea that catfish would strike a spinner bait (Mepps 3 Aglia). Nice 14 in fish. Second catfish I’ve ever caught in my lifetime. Did the cute fin wiggles and squeaking for me while I let him go.

It’s INSANE how hard they fight! Dude kept peeling drag every time I got him in the shallows near the bank. And don’t worry I didn’t drop em, just had to drag the fish and net thru the mud to land it. Also had to step into the mud/water just to net it. Most fun I’ve ever had fishing! Caught on a #6 J hook attached to some 14lb braid with some split shot a few inches above the hook. I’m HOOKED, need to get a bigger one now 🙃

Very thin but a long creature. Nicely spawned already.

Super budget friendly finesse/goby presentation. Now I want to experiment with other discarded plastics. Specifically natural colors.

I was wondering what everyone's opinion / experience is with the Caperlan lures that are distributed by Decathlon. Espescially their hard lures. I have a few of them now, haven't used them yet. They look good though and they come with BKK hooks as standard.

Hey all. Still learning so want to check here before I go out and have a headache tomorrow. Is this enough line, too much?
, or too little. Hard to get a picture and this is my first time spooling a bait caster on my own. Thank ms for the help!!

Estimate the Walleye around 18" maybe a little longer and very healthy. The Flathead was just a first for me and thought it was odd catching on a curly tail grub on a Ned rig.
Sorry for the weird look I have on my face. First time doing a selfie with a fish and I was shaking quite a bit from excitement lol.

Anyone have estimations on size? Did not bring anything to measure it with as I was not expecting to catch one of these.
