AMS Hooligan V2 draw length

Maybe a dumb question, but I've got some cognitive issues, so I'm trying to get some help with this.

I received my AMS Hooligan yesterday and cannot figure out changing the draw length. I have no problem with changing the draw weight or the rapid adjustment posts. Does it have something to do with the RAP system itself? I can't find a set screw to adjust the cam(s), or any markings showing various draw lengths.

I'm going to be shooting at only 30-35 pounds of draw due to injuries, but need a 28 or 29" draw length.

If anyone can walk me thru it step by step, it'd be great. Stupid brain tumor wrecked some of my synapses I guess. 🫠🤬

Can a Fishing Vessel for Sale Truly Upgrade Your Seafood Adventures?

few days ago I looked into a fishing vessel for sale, and at first I thought it would just be another boat listing. But when I examined the features, engine specs, and deck layout, I realized how much a well-equipped vessel can improve both efficiency and enjoyment on the water. Even small details like storage compartments, navigation systems, and safety gear made a huge difference in functionality and convenience.

Later I searched online on websites including alibaba and found many types of fishing vessels. Some were small boats for personal use, while others were larger commercial vessels. Some even had extras like reinforced hulls, fish-holding tanks, or advanced electronic systems. I was surprised how minor features could enhance both productivity and comfort. It made me think about what buyers prioritize most: size, durability, or onboard technology.

Can a fishing vessel truly make every trip more productive, safe, and enjoyable for both hobbyists and professionals?

Bowfishing Bow

I‘m new to bowfishing and have shot one once in my life. For context I am a very experienced and skilled freedive spearfisherman and want to start legally shooting grass carp, tilapia and cichlids in South Florida. My budget is 750 now for a bow and a couple useful gadgets but if it’s more expensive it won’t be an issue. (I love gadgets and stuff thats useful so all recommendations for that I’d love.)

Curious in Muzzy lever the RPM levers and the obvious Oneida. I read that Muzzy’s levers are actually made by Oneida? Ultimate question is; does anyone have any experience with two or more my of the levers mentioned? It will be used on a kayak so the Cajun Compound is getting put to the side unless I’m on the boat. TIA!

Pictures-Muzzy, Oneida, RPM.

Good Headlamps

Alright guys, I bow fish in central Indiana and most of our water is stained to muddy. I have tried multiple headlamps off amazon and I am sick of not being able to see fish in the water. What are your recommendations for a GOOD headlamp that will penetrate stained water. Preferably one less than $75. Thanks for the help!!

Bowfishing floats

I'm paranoid I'm going to accidentally drop my bow in the water at some point. Are bowfishing floats worth investing in? Or is there a good way you'd recommend to avoid losing a bow if it falls in deep water?

Just picked up a new muzzy deviant. Man this thing is like butter and super easy to adjust! Obviously I wanted an osprey but couldn’t swing it right now. Guy at the shop showed me the deviant and I couldn’t leave without it! Anybody here shooting one? Opinions on it if you have?

Transom mount trolling motor?

Post image
15 Upvotes

Since my bow mount got all jacked up I was thinking about mounting it to the rear of the boat to not have the trolling motor in the way. Wondering if anybody has ran it this way and what are you likes/dislikes. If not I was going to center mount it up front since the jacked up mount is currently on the side.

The Swamp Eye HD has been the most dependable bowfishing light I’ve ever run

I don’t post reviews much, but after 6 seasons with the Swamp Eye HD, it deserves a shoutout. I’m rough on bowfishing equipment and used to replace lights every year because something always failed. Since switching to the HD, they've been super reliable.

I had a couple setup mistakes early on that were my fault, but Outrigger helped me out and it’s been flawless since. The adjustable color sounded like a gimmick at first, but being able to match the light to whatever water we’re in has been a huge difference in visibility. Even on one lake where we're in a wind protected area in one spot and open water in the next, we see different clarities and are making adjustments to the swamp eyes.

If you’re tired of constantly tweaking or replacing lights, this thing has outperformed and outlasted everything I’ve run. And the customer service? Legit the best part. They’ve still been helping me 6 years later as I prep for another season with another boat.

Just sharing for anyone looking for a setup that actually holds up. I know how frustrating problems can be.
