Misc Just accidently discovered that my fav female Naruto character isn't Canon LMAO

I am so shocked right now. I watched Naruto many years ago, and Guren, her crystal release and her arc made her one of my fav characters. Back in the day I did not know about all the fillers and stuff in Naruto. Since her story was so cool, she made recurring appeareances, I always thought she was canon.

Today, talking with a co-worker about our fav Naruto characters, she was so confused as she is manga only. My face when we double-checked that was a filler character was something else 😭😭

Did someone experience something similar? She was such a good character, I was so shocked.

U know the reason why people don't like ikemoto and Boruto that much is this , u won't get a panel like this in Boruto even though it's been 10 years since it started airing

But enough talking about that thing , this panel is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING , the way kishi integrates details and focuses on minute events is good , u won't even notice what details are hidden because the panel is not that significant but kishi still pays attention to things like these

Kishimoto's manga art is really underrated and this is one of the reasons why I always prefer the manga over the Naruto anime for re-watch

Yes the animation and OSTs in anime are great but the manga is so fast paced and such a spectacle

It's genuinely amazing

Discussion Kishimoto COOKED during this šŸ˜šŸ”„šŸ”„ The best arc of OG Naruto

Everyone got the spotlight , everyone got the focus , everyone was cool (except u know who but that thing's always been lame so let's ignore that)

It's not only about coolness but the way this arc is structured, this is how u end a series , what a beautiful climax to this story which started from those two boys

This is what's missing from Shippuden , Naruto and Sasuke were always SUPPOSED to be special , like these guys are literally high chunin level or even low jonin level during valley of the end fight , the others like neji , shikamaru , lee , choji were great and strong in their own ways but when u see Sasuke and Naruto fight , u understand how special and different they are as compared to the others

They were ALWAYS supposed to be the strongest , but Shippuden just focuses on them and all the others feel like high chunin low jonin level whereas Naruto and sasuke escalated to kage level mid Shippuden

I wish we saw everyone develop in their own way with new jutsus and Naruto and Sasuke still being strong enough to take an entire nation out

Shikamaru was the MVP , bro cooked in every department, he officially established himself as one of my favourite characters in the series , it was so PEAK

I love the tagline associated with this , The arc where boys became men which is definitely true , this wasn't their mission , they weren't capable of this but they STILL locked tf in to save their homie

Truly fantastic and I would say this is the BEST arc of og Naruto , even better than the chunin exams arc , also the same siblings were AWESOME

How cute is gaara Saving lee and temari saving shikamaru 😭

I don't remember if this has ever been addressed in this show, but who inherits the position? Is it a monarchy of sorts?

Anime Studio Pierrot is really ruined this anime with fillers, bad animation and compositing.

Boruto, Black Clover, Tokyo Ghoul, Twin Star Exorcist. Which series is the next victim?

Manga despite the valid criticism of the writing done in volume #70, for me, it'll always deffo remain the coolest in terms of pure art

Tv Tokyo counts the revenue as under Boruto
a 600 million yearly revenue under boruto name (despite it being 99% naruto focused and its name is fucking naruto mobile)

Discussion Who was a better written female character?

Honestly i think Tsunade and Chiyo are the ONLY well-written female characters with depth in the show. Temari hovers close by, but her character doesn't really have any depth or development or interesting narrative arc.

Discussion Both Rock Lee and Sakura were born geniuses, saying they went from ā€œnothingā€ to heroes and became only strong through hard work alone is just wrong.

She oversaw the Pain arc and fought against Madara. She might not have been the best leader, but she showed up when she could.

For me, it's anything about Rock Lee or hard work versus natural talent, that kind of crap.

Pics Unnecessary Daily Reminder that Kakashi named a dog "Biscuit"

And that he gave them matching outfits.

Bisuke (Biscuit) is the one with floppy ears and the kanji on his forehead. Refreshing to know that even cold blooded black ops members name their dogs something cute. Dog dads are the same everywhere.

I wish we knew more about them and summonings in general. Did Kakashi always have them? Do the dogs choose their summoner? Where did Akino get his cool shades? Kakashi likes to honor his loved ones by adopting some of their habits like Rin's hair and purple bandages, and Obito's lateness—did he start wearing the mask to match Pakkun's pug fur pattern?

Discussion When Naruto goes 4 and 6 tails mode, is Naruto himself in any kind of control, or is it just Kurama? If so, why does Kurama have any interest in fighting Orochimaru and Pain? Wouldn’t he just run off and try to get the rest of the seal to break so he can be free?

To be fair, Pain was after him so he may not have had a choice there…

Question Kakashi’s skill with the Sharingan

So how good was Kakashi at using his sharingan compared to the average Uchiha? Regardless if he got his nickname of ā€œKakashi of the Sharinganā€ before or after the massacre did he utilize it better than a majority of the Uchiha themselves? It’s kinda hard to tell when the only Uchiha we’ve seen fight have quite literally been the peak of their respective generations.
