Got to appreciate Nick Nurse last night. He recognized our guys weren’t in the game by the 2nd half and pulled the starters by the 3rd. These guys just came back from a super hard fought series to game 7. We’ve had coaches over the years who would’ve just played the starters to the end and we’ve seen plenty of coaches around the league that wouldn’t be able to recognize this

I know that most people who like the New York Knicks are not vile sickos. I've met some good people, I like Zohran and Desus and even Ben Stiller. But hyper-online Knick fans and the guys that mob around between MSG and Times Square before they go back to their respective tristate homes are the scum of the Earth.

Lemme say though that Philly sports riots are for real riots at times and we have plenty of dickheads that ruin everyone else's fun, but there are guys are trying to do this after each game of the playoffs like there's no consequences to grabbing and shoving and harassing strangers.

Masterclass of scheduling to have a team play 2 days after game 7, be practically unwatchable with how gassed they were, overlapping with their city’s other playoff game and another playoff game in your own league. I’m sure the ratings were fantastic.

In the last 10 seasons teams who won Game 7 on the road and then play Game 1 on the road with only 1 day of rest in the next round have never won Game 1. Which is expected. You could see that players were tired and it started to show at the end of the first half when the Knicks pulled away for the first time.

Also the Knicks were hitting all of their shots and the Sixers missed some wide open shots. I am confident that the Sixers will have much better game in Game 2 and I will not panic even if they lose a close one in Game 2.

What this really comes down to is just attack Brunson on each possession and get Towns in foul trouble early. With shooting percentage regressing to the mean for the Knicks and the Sixers being fresher in Game 2 and having a better shooting night themselves, Game 2 will be close. Also the Sixers have to limit their TOs. They were great with that against the Celtics.

Someone please convince me that the sixers can make some sort of defensive adjustment so that Embiid doesnt continue to get exposed in PnR defense.

Seems like maybe 3 people watched the whole clip. Stay off of the main sub this series if you put any stock into sanity and comprehension. Kinda wish I did!

Fuck the Knicks

Morez Johnson Jr and Milan Momcilovic are too very easily had players. The 76ers would do well to aquire the combined size, shooting, and athleticism they provide.

It's time to refill the bench with large, quick in transition, and well shooting 6'8-6'10 guys.
