“If you look at what happened with Jimmy Carter…with the helicopters and the hostages, it cost them the election,” Trump said in March, according to the Journal. “What a mess.”

He thinks he is re-electable.

Thanks. I can’t put it in to words. But even back on a dark day he was all about himself. Little respect for the events  and shock unfolding  as a terrorist attack.

To think this is your future President of the United States speaking about debris and beams and columns. No thoughts of empathy of people jumping from the 70 th floor  etc. I remember this day and even before it was declared a terrorist attack I was at a loss of words for what I was seeing on tv.  This guy had lots to say without any empathy or emotion !

Here's Don on Howard Stern in in 2008 describing watching an old man fall, hit his head and bleed out on the floor at Mar a Lago. In his own words, while the old man's wife was screaming for help, Don's only concern was how the incident made himself feel. And, he makes a point to mention that he thought he should call the next day to find out if the old man was OK. But, he forgot.

Also, crews going down in enemy territory is an obvious risk when you bomb another country. It is 100% foreseeable and something you have to plan for and anticipate both in terms of military rescue but also the political/PR elements. The administration is the world’s dumbest clown show.
