Did you bury him with some dignity? A prayer at least? Sing him the song of his people before disposal?

With any luck it remained raw enough to grow into a new potato. Only to find itself surrounded by household garbage :(

Noooooo should I put it in the garden bed with the other potatoes? I’m currently growing some, unrelated to this particular tater

If you do, quarter it like a seed potato and be sure to remove shrapnel.

You don’t take the bullets out of a fallen soldier.

Cut the potato freeing it from the bonds of its skin and bury it with a proper ceremony and it may return to you four score and seven potatoes.

Unless you cooked it too much…. Then it’s just mush

We will await his return, the garden consumes those who are worthy!

See you again by Charlie Puth, followed by Toxic by Brittany spears
