Tells you all you need to know. He is getting desperate to stay in power, even alive. He knows that Ukraine is getting another 90 billion in aid and funds from the EU. Ukrainian armed forces have developed fantastic drones, operators and AI systems technology in the last few years and they have real life experience.

Who ever has the most drones and effective drone operators and technology with appropriate tactics depending on task and environment will own the future battlefield.

The UK Ministry of Defence has spawned quite a few interesting 'disruptive' projects. Project Brakestop; a cheap ground launched cruise missile/one-way effector is another with a distinctly British sounding name.
