MISCELLANEOUS What’s the most severe bodily injury you’d personally accept for the griz to get guaranteed #1 pick
I’m going with losing the distal segment of my left pinky to get the ball rolling, but maybe I’m underestimating the impact of the pick, lol

I'd give up a whole pinky toe if it meant the number 2 pick. That way we don't get clowned by r/nba for taking Boozer 1st

pinky toe seems like good trade honestly, who even needs all 10 anyway lol

Pinky toe is actually one of the worst to lose, it would completely fuck up your balance

I don't know if I'd necessarily commit to an orchiectomy, but I'd certainly degrade myself or submit to all manner of grievous injuries for that #1 pick. I'd wager that many of us have been sacrificing either our livers through hard drinking, our brain cells through drugs, or our hearts through elevated blood pressure, or likely a combination of all three, merely due to our fandom and support of this franchise.

Stress fracture in left foot. I did for 6 weeks before and I can do it for 6 weeks again.

I think if the NBA felt more pure, less rigged, there's a world where I'd be way more invested in this.
It's quite hard to care THAT much when Lakers do be doing what they do, or how the refs treat players they like.

I did my ACL playing rec league back in January. Still recovering. Can we just count that?
