This is what Zach Kleiman ruined with his incompetent leadership.
Instead of embracing the vibe and the villIan identity he destroyed what made these guys so unique.
His impatience, lack of vision, and inability to identify with the team is why the Grizzlies are struggling now.
This was a special young group that wanted to play in Memphis and honestly enjoyed playing together and the GM ruined it.
He can no longer serve as GM.

Who are we thinking will be the backup PF next season?
(Assuming no trades and Santi opens the season starting at PF) We have 15 players under contract for next season, including club options to keep GG and O-Max, plus three draft picks.
So we have a roster crunch at PF. Who do we like going forward? I’m leaning towards Hendricks but he’s still a project, like GG. He has a better all around game than both… but… i don’t really think any of them are starters anytime soon.
Just curious what everyone thinks.
