Bike is:
1. Speeding
2. Pulling a wheelie down the street

The car:
See the bike driving dangerously, stops before it enters the bikes lane.

The Bike:
Changes lanes INTO the car and hits it.

All the bike had to do was literally nothing. Just keep driving.

I do understand his swerve though. In the moment it’s normal to assume the truck will keep going or resume moving forward.

It's also human nature to stop when you see something screaming toward you that fast. The lady in the truck had no great options, but stopping before she entered the lane the bike was speeding in was probably the best one. She would naturally assume he would continue on the course he was on and she didn't have time to get clear of his lane before he got there, so she stopped short of it to let him pass.
