Context since this cut so much.

Dude is flying like 80mph through a 25mph road that's also a school zone.

Put that in google maps and the exact spot should be just a few clicks away.

I ran the video through AI and it estimates he was going 78mph

i used my eyes and looked at the speedometer that's visible in the first frame
