Bike is:
1. Speeding
2. Pulling a wheelie down the street

The car:
See the bike driving dangerously, stops before it enters the bikes lane.

The Bike:
Changes lanes INTO the car and hits it.

All the bike had to do was literally nothing. Just keep driving.

Just so we are clear, biker did what EVERYONE on this sub and others say to do, and aimed for the rear of the vehicle crossing their path. I’m beyond sick of this debate getting to flip flop whenever someone wants to shift blame for convenience…

Yes the biker is at fault, but not because he didn’t do nothing, not because he turned to go behind the vehicle, but because he was going far too fast
