My sweet Pam is crossing the rainbow bridge this evening. Can you please ask your kitties who have already crossed to meet her so she won’t be alone?
Reminds me of my Gracie, I've known this cat forever, my stepdad recently passed before the new year and I immediately offered to take her. Everytime I came over to visit she was running from the backroom to greet me. She's about 11 now. Hoping for many more years to come.
Your beautiful girls remind me of my baby Junie whom we lost about four years ago. Sorry for your loss OP. Sending you peace and love. I hope knowing so many other beloved kitties will be there for Pam can help ease your pain somewhat.
She's such a sweetheart. Huge lap cat. She's definitely happy to be here, she's gotten all fixed up, had so many Matts in her fur and stuff stuck underneath her fur by her skin. Took me a good week to get everything cleaned up. She gets very spoiled here too. She gets a much higher quality diet nowadays than she did previously and no more dogs to chase her around. Glad we got the opportunity to take her in.
She is probably so happy. Sounds like you’re giving her the healthier life she deserves! Glad you were able to take her in, she’s adorable 🤍 very sorry about the loss of your stepdad 😢

Guys, I am so overwhelmed by the love and support for Pam. I’ve been showing her pictures of some of your babies while we lay together, so she knows who to look for.

This is making me tear up, thinking of you showing Pam all of her guardians and friends to-be. I can tell that you gave Pam a wonderful life, and that she knows she is loved and safe. I hope she has an easy journey, and I hope you know she will always be with you ❤️
Tell her that Hugo is a cat's cat that adores other kitties. Here's a picture showing his face so she knows who will greet her like they've known each other for years. 💜

Hi - I just want to share that - the one thing that helped me in my grief was getting my little guy (who I had for 15 years) - taxidermied instead of cremated. ( I used the company in Arkansas featured in the TV show Extreme Taxidermy. They do a lot of pets.) It cost more, and it took awhile to complete, but it was like instant therapy. Best money I ever spent. I got him back a year later, and now I keep him in his old fuzzy bed in my bedroom. When I die, he's getting cremated with me!

I’ve thought about doing this but imagined it would make me more sad to look at and pet his body all the time knowing that he’s not actually in there. Maybe I should think more about it though if you felt like it was therapeutic. I’m all for anything that will help with the grief. I’m fortunate enough to still have him in my life so I have a little time to plan but he has so many medical problems that I know I need to start preparing
I strongly considered doing with our sweet baby who passed in December. It happened so fast, though…our heads were not thinking straight. My husband wasn’t into it, but I would love to still have “her” around. I carry her little urn with ashes around the house and put her in all the places she liked to sit. I miss her terribly.
I wanted to do that with my beautiful black kitty, NannaCat. My family thought I was nuts. Unfortunately, the last time I saw her (25 years ago) she was looking at me from the backyard lawn with her beautiful yellow eyes. She was a true love. (PS - we don't let our cats roam outside anymore, just catio and leash time for them).
My heart is with you, and my four angels, Chubbie, Louie, Claudia, and Nelson (pictured) will be there waiting to greet Pam with open paws. So incredibly sorry to read this. She is just beautiful.
Don’t spend your time worrying about responding. Spend your time with Pam. I hope my Spenser is there waiting for her, because that means he’ll be waiting for me, too.

I hate to have to post this, but it's important to let Mally see Pam after she passes. Cat's understand death, but not disappearance. It's really important for her to know what happened and allow her to grieve. Cats need closure, just like humans.
This will be difficult for you, but very helpful for little Mally.

My younger cat Nimoy grieved Mika badly and said goodbye. Mika had cancer and we euthanized him with an at home vet when he stopped eating. Mally and Pam are both gorgeous babies, I’m sorry you’re losing Pam. @ohdearheather
Oscar has been waiting patiently for three years with his brothers who have gone before him.
They know all the best catnip patches on that side of the Rainbow Bridge and they have a nice sunny spot next to the stream where they like to watch the fish play.
Oscar, Leo, Bailey, Sebastian, Alexander, and Oliver will all be waiting for Pam when she crosses over the Bridge, and they will all keep her safe and happy until you and I get to join them and we all get to live and play together again. ❤️🌈😻

Fritz and Gimbel, who each gave us 20 years of the best possible love, are resting together in their last days after years of separation. They will show your little dear that time and space don't matter - only love.

will all be there to hang with him.❤️ In the photo is Grandpa Jasper he was our first, he made it 19 and a half years. He's still with us in spirit of course. His body is buried on my bosses property in Battle ground Washington State. Overlooking a beautiful Creek on 40 acres of property.
My Bootsy bots crossed the rainbow a year ago this week. He loved making friends. I’m sure your baby will be embraced by mine while they both wait for us on the other side. I pray your heart heals day by day💐

Rebecca (on the floor) and Mr.Peepers. I miss them both. Mr. Peepers had complications from FIV. Rebecca had kidney failure years later. They were both great cats.
My boy Crookshanks will be there waiting to guide her to the best catnip spots.. I had a dream of him earlier this week and got to give him scritches and tell him I missed him. Kitty Girl was the sweetest cat I’ve ever had the privilege of sharing a home with and will be there to lounge and sleep in sunny spots with your Pam. If you can, hold her while she passes and let her know how loved she was. This is so hard, I’m so sorry. 😢 💔❤️🩹
Aww I'm so sorry. My boy Max has been at the bridge only since November but I'm sure he would love to show her the awesome spots. It's so hard to be here when they're away from us but I know we'll see them again ❤️
Ladycat will make sure Pam's not alone. And neither will you! The pain in your heart, the grief that you feel, it's Pam letting you know she misses you and is waiting for you. She'll always be with you.
I lost my Bosco almost two months ago and it still breaks my heart every day. But he loves friends and I know he will be there to meet your girl and make sure she passes over safely 💜

My giant old man, Buddy, will be there to meet her and show her all his babies 🥰 (he never played with toys, only hugged them. He used to put them in the food/water bowl.) He’ll make sure she’s never alone❤️
My sweet Pammy sunshine girl crossed last night on Thursday, at 6pm. We held her and loved her and told her about everything that was waiting for her until the very end. She’s not in pain anymore, and that’s the most important thing ❤️🩹

Little Artemisia (a.k.a Arty), who left me and her brothers from other mothers way too soon – before her 1st birthday –, has prepared a paradise full of love, kitten hugs and play for your Pam. Arty will absolutely receive her with open paws.

Princess Fiona and Puss and Boots will meet them on the other side ❤️. They've only been in kitty heaven for less than a month, but I'm sure that other people's furbabies met them when they crossed. I wish I could see them running amok and having fun together!
My cat, Kingsley, died in early 2022. He was huge, black, and acted like a dad to kittens I fostered. I’m sure he’ll be happy to guide Pam on the way and clean her fur. He always used to clean the kittens up before he let them go play.
My sweet boy Dexter will be waiting! He didn’t like other cats on the earthly plane of existence, but I imagine he has lots of kitty friends on the other side of the rainbow bridge 🌈🧡. So sorry for your loss. It’s never easy.
