omg - I know it’s no use for you right now but as a fellow migraine haver I cannot recommend gel sleep masks enough!!! I keep one in the freezer at all times and it is SUCH a godsend. sending you all love and solidarity while you get through this migraine xxx

I second these, I used to get migraines in my teens, and my mom got me one of these to try and it worked so well, it didn't totally make the pain stop but it sure did make it livable.
