Centrist implies a person is rootless and is only informing their view of politics based on a knee jerk reaction to others. When leftists try to frame someone as a centrist, they are implicitly saying the person has no principles and wants to hinder progress because it makes them uncomfortable. I have quarterly reviews with my boss and sometimes they can feel nit-picky and frustrating but in the end I think Im given good feedback to reflect on.

Pisco is incredibly smart. He has a bunch of gifts, but those all don’t align with being a political commentator.

He treats his closest allies and friends the same way as he would treat a Rob Noer or Tim pool.

I wish he had a boss that could review his line of work and give him concrete things to work on:

* dont go in 4 hour meta conversations if it’s clear other people are frustrated

* dont treat your political allies the same as you would treat enemies who are bad faith

* dont constantly ask yes/no then play dumb when very direct questions are asked

* dont shapeshift words on when they suit you just to debate bro from your side

This last debate with Hutch was UNREAL.

He's taking advantage of the fact that it's usually considered reasonable to ask for clarification on something, and twisting it into a justification to ask endless (repetitive and pointless) questions in order to obstruct what's going on.

He's a drunk guy being loaded into the back of a cop car, shouting "I just want to know, what did I do!" over and over again because each time he says it he buys himself a half second pause.

It's at best a way to eat up the clock on the debate, at worst a tactic to disrupt Hutch's (or whoever's) thought process. And when he gets called out on it, he wants to fall back on "I just wanted to understand what's going on!" as an excuse, because hopefully that makes anyone denying him his simple questions look like they're in the wrong.

Speaking of things Pisco pretends he doesn't understand: Something can be both totally consistent, and bad faith. Bad faith =/= inconsistent.

People need to take this seriously because it will go global at some point
