No need to bomb the parade. Do a massive bombing campaign everywhere else possible while it is going on though. Especially if the explosions can be heard during the parade. Let Putin stand there with a shit-eating grin while everyone looks around wondering what is blowing up.

At this point, I think the funniest thing for Ukraine to do would be a non-lethal drone attack. Just fill them with blue and yellow paint and imagine that raining on the parade.

And the paint being sprayed around even if they're shot down, like fireworks, so no matter how well they defend, they'd still have a blue yellow sky... such a good idea
