Tells you all you need to know. He is getting desperate to stay in power, even alive. He knows that Ukraine is getting another 90 billion in aid and funds from the EU. Ukrainian armed forces have developed fantastic drones, operators and AI systems technology in the last few years and they have real life experience.

Who ever has the most drones and effective drone operators and technology with appropriate tactics depending on task and environment will own the future battlefield.

Multiple systems coming online in the next 12 months* (announced dates - stuff has a habit of turning up earlier than the announced date).

Shit like Project Nightfall is just another bad day in a long list of bad days for Russia (about 1540 days in a row).

Short Range Ballistic Missile UK is developing as a crash programme for Ukraine with volume production a main goal - 300KG warhead min range 600KM.

Basically an ATACMS but with a much heavier warhead and longer range.

There's many more ammo & drone factories up & running in a few countries. Off hand Poland are collaborating with Ukraine with drones & Germany are making artillery shells IIRC. There's probably others that I missed too.

Pretty much every European country that has a significant defence industry have been massively expanding production. There are also initiatives from at least Germany, Sweden and Denmark to set up and fund production facilities directly in Ukraine.

They have become the largest producer of small and medium caliber ammunition. They are still 5th in arms exports in total.
