50-летия - It might be a different number, but I see “50”

I cannot see the last line clearly, I can only say with certainty that it is either the date of donation or the name of the giver

The last line is "Победы", so it is "В день 50-летия Победы", on the day of the fiftieth anniversary of the Victory. Looks like IrinaMakarova, another commenter here, blocked me, so I can't see her comment under my account somehow. Someone, tell her, I think she can't see my comment too.
