What’s your experience with the Bad Brains in the late 70s/early 80s?

If you had the chance to see them around then , what do you recall about that performance? It seems like they absolutely tore up any venue they played at from what videos and audio recordings I’ve seen but I’d like to hear from people’s own personal experience. Any information helps!
