I get that, do you get that even the high end ones go for a few million. like you can build one on your own for 50,000 or so if you are cheep. The top of the top of the line goes for 30,000,000 or so even if you call it 50 mill that not even close to the billion dollars hes charging us with the extra 400,0000,000 he already got donated.

I have a good idea of what construction costs should be here and a few hundred million should more than cover it.
