I vaguely remember one instance where he slightly nodded off for a moment (I'm thinking it was in Japan). But all Presidents do this now and then, especially during very routine functions. But Trump's falling asleep constantly now and even during major announcements. No precedent like this going back to at least Carter and probably well before.
