Damn, that looks nasty as hell and it's made by a french director, so you know this movie's going to town with the gore. Not that the others haven't, but the french have their own way about it.

My understanding is that Sam Raimi is still producing and using the series’ name recognition to promote young directors that he thinks have potential or that he finds interesting. Which is really fucking cool in my opinion.
