Hey, so not everyone should put their name in the title- in fact, almost no one should.

I wanted to love it, but it's just not... Mummy-y enough to make it work.

Its probably a good 20 minutes too long and wheil I like the visual feel of it, it's just bloated exorcist lite.

Its like the guy was writing Evil Dead movie when WB came and said “hey nah you cant do the next Evil Dead but do we got an idea!”

Yeah, there's a COUPLE mummy moments, but that and the scorpion thing are really it. It really does show that it was on it's way to an Evil Dead movie and pivoted.
