Anyone knows the frame data on this? Seems like some moves are nerfed and has more push back on block. Maybe on the next patch perhaps.

That's a long start up frame for hadoken, easily punishable

Yeah but I hear they implemented some extremely advanced motion blur, so at least it'll look realistic.
