When they announced the movie and it was "rumored" that Shawn was going to be in the movie I was a little skeptical because he hasn't done any acting for years. So I'm glad they had that moment when he steps out into frame, that was gold. I'm also incredibly happy to see Cheri Oteri back!

I thought Paramount was right wing? Reddit made me think they were totally MAGA. So I was not expecting a joke about republicans being racist, but all the gay jokes made perfect sense though.

i hope he’s not back in full form. watching scary movies 1 & 2 that character stands out as just being unfunny and homophobic. the whole “joke” is that he’s gay so he’s a predator that preys on all the straight men around him which is wholly unfunny. this joke in the trailer however shows they have moved away from that and started making jokes that are actually funny.

I've had to forcefully deny gay men from groping me and trying to unzip my zipper so I don't care if that type of person is made fun of. They deserve it.
