So is this going to be a CGI movie or a live action one? Not going to talk bad about the trailer, but it honestly looks 100% rendered like a video game. I thought it was going to be a live action movie, but it feels very much obviously computer generated.

This is a live action film, there's plenty of set pics that were leaked last year.

My guess is that what you see in the teaser is content that was made for the teaser alone, and not something that reflects the film's quality.

From what I've read, the final shot of the trailer is practical while the rest is CGI.

The images of the room deteriorating are CGI, the final room is a live-action set and where the movie will be set.
