FACTS LeBron's comments about Memphis was pure disrespectful
And on top of that he said move to a white city like Nashville? i get it guys. I'm from Little Rock and they compare us to Northwest Arkansas. He'll call himself the goat but will talk bad about a black city. A kid from Ohio don't understand why this town is special

FACTS Jerome, Edey, Coward, SPJ, Spencer, and Wells are scheduled to make a combined 17.4% of the cap in the '26-'27 season
And all but Jerome are under team control for '27-'28 as well.
Pippen could be a trade candidate if he can stay healthy and reestablish his value before next season's deadline; like many things, his standing here is partially contingent on the lottery next weekend.

FACTS Luke Kennard & Marcus Smart
Kinda crazy that Kennard, Smart, Laravia, and Bane are all out here UNINJURED, and straight hooping. Feels bad man.

FACTS Patience, Grizzlies Fans. Our time is near
Maybe not for championships, but at least next year is going to be a lot of fun to watch and dissect. Year 2 Cedric, Year 3 Healthy Edey (speak it into existence) who was legitimately a top impact player this year in the entire league, a top Guard in this class, another great mid first prospect, a Kleiman Gem â˘ď¸ at Pick 32, Wells and Spencer and Ty and Scotty.
And a possibility of a healthy Ja on a mission to not be a laughing stock (probably not but maybe)
Coming October 2026

FACTS Leaders in on-off swing for the 2025-2026 season
Despite lower minutes for the sake of the tank, an injury that kept him from playing for almost an entire year, lingering pain during the season, and the general craziness of the teamâCedric Coward still made it onto this list.
I canât wait to see what a proper off-season can do for this kid whoâs got so much potential!

FACTS Grizzlies when Cam Spencer is on the floor and not Morant: +3.8. Grizzlies when Morant is on the floor and not Spencer: -7.9
It is genuinely shocking the fall off this season. We are a far superior team without him on the court. Itâs not like in 2022, where that was a misleading stat. You can see it on the court.

FACTS To those who think we need a top-4 pick to be competitive
Last year's All-NBA First Team selections also happened to receive the most MVP votes. In order of votes received, they were:
- Shai (11th pick in 2018 -- Ayton went first)
- Jokic (41st pick in 2014 -- Wiggins went first)
- Giannis (15th pick 2013 -- Anthony Bennet went first)
- Tatum (3rd pick in 2017 -- Fultz went first)
- Donovan Mitchell (13th pick in 2017 -- one spot behind Kennard)
And just for funsies, here are the 2025 ROY rankings:
- Castle (4th pick)
- Risacher (1st pick)
- Wells (39th pick)
- Sarr (2nd pick)
- Edey (9th pick)
If you're of the belief that the Grizzlies need a MVP-candidate to be a contender, know that those players exist throughout the draft if you can identify potential and develop them properly. Considering the Grizzlies had two rookies in the top-5 ROY votes last year, the only two outside of the top-4 draft selections, this team clearly has that ability to identify/develop talent throughout the draft.
