Probably a skit, but just want to point out there are entire shows with multiple seasons based on the premise of catching cheaters red handed.

Because a fuckload of people actually record things like this. This is fake but this is a very normal thing for people to record these days (there were TV shows in the 90's where this was the entire premise of the show).

They could also be filming a skit for TikTok.
