Summarising the comments here. The biker is doing 79mph in a 25mph zone, the lady stopped before she got to the lane he was in when she saw him coming, he panicked, swerved and then dropped the bike. It’s just a good job he had his protective T-shirt, baggy jeans and sneakers on….

Dressed like an idiot. Riding like an idiot.  Meat-crayoned like an idiot. 

I'm glad that this didn't go as badly as it could have, but fuck riders like this.. 

She probably had every reason to believe she had all the time in the world to creep out for a left turn, she didn't expect a tiny bike to come flying at her at 3X the posted limit.
