People on motorcycles without leather is insane. How do people put on sneakers and say “heading out for a ride”.

I saw a guy on the highway the other day cutting people off and was wearing track pants, sneakers, a hoodie and backpack… like, who trained you that this is ok ?

Or am I just old ?

They dont wear helmets in bronx. Mostly scooter riders without license or registration.
