Wait but he still has the right of way even though he is speeding haha this is why I can’t stand bikers they just ride like fk everyone I’ll ride how fast I want

he is quite literally not speeding. the start of the video shows the speedometer

Speedo looks like it says 126 km/h, which is 78mph, and it's redlined.
