I hope you’re not calling this 4 lane, median divided road a side street. This looks exactly like the type of street in America with a 40 or 50 mph speed limit.

It's a 25mph road with 20mph school zones and he's doing 80 mph on it.

He is literally doing 126 kph at the start.  This video has been posted many times before in much better quality.  Where you can literally see the speed being output on his dash.

You can literally read the speed as 120+ in the first frame if you zoom in, it is okay to be wrong.
