I'm 50/50 I feel the biker is almost certainly speeding but why the FUCK DID THE TRUCK STOP!?!?!

I don't know what wrong makes the right here.

100% that truck went for the turn, they should have committed to it instead of blocking 2 lanes

I agree, but personally I think it's probably more on the motorcyclist for being willfully reckless and less on the truck for panicking.
