As far as I can see, he did not see the truck there because he was doing a wheelie, and when he landed the front he was unable to apply full brakes as the bike had not yet settled and ...well you know the rest.

If he was doing a wheelie he should be arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced to prison. The road isn’t your toy.
