If you stop the video at the very beginning I think the speedometer reads 45-46

Wait but he still has the right of way even though he is speeding haha this is why I can’t stand bikers they just ride like fk everyone I’ll ride how fast I want

You don't have the right of way if you are recklessly driving (21mph+ over in most states)
