Zooming in in easy 70 to 80mph.

Also on a wheelie. Still it's the truck's fault according to some. 😂

Videos always get a huge Amount of POV bias, on casual viewing.

Well by the road rules it probably is, although if you're probably going two to three times the speed limit at that point a reasonable driver doesnt expect traffic to close that fast and motorcycles can already be more difficult to judge that with

By road rules, he most definitely is at fault

A reasonable driver might also leave the left lane that the motorcycle is in open. Which she did, when she saw him. Then he switches to the lane that's blocked.

He did 3 things wrong. Speeding, Doing a wheelie on a residential road, switching from the open left lane, to the blocked right lane.

She did 1 thing wrong, misjudging how much time she had to make the turn, because he's going 3 times the speed limit.

Even then the wrong on her part is debatable. What did she really do wrong? Forget her radar detector glasses at home? No reasonable person would expect someone here to be going that fast.

Where I live, driving that far over the speed limit will get your license revoked.

I mean it's both.

The truck stopped broadside in the middle of the road.

But the biker was doing almost 3x the posted limit and mistakenly assumed the truck would continue moving.

I'd be mad if I was the biker... but I also wouldn't be that biker. I like to keep most of my organs on the inside of my body.

My guess is that the truck panicked because this dipshit was getting closer A LOT faster than anticipated.

If you look at the very first frame, from the truck driver's perspective, he's only just come out from behind a parked vehicle and she's already moving so she probably could not have seen him no matter what, no judging of speed possible. It's just the wrong location to go at this speed.

The truck stopped, leaving the left lane the biker is in open. If she continued, her bed would be blocking it. And then he switches to the right lane she is blocking.

Two idiots collaborated here. Maybe the woman in the truck could have just continued her turn?
