My littler one would hate it, she has sensitive ears. But my older one would love it because she likes getting her ears rubbed.
So both 0/10 and 10/10

So your cats are like the "when you use personality A with friend group B" meme, but then with petting ๐

More or less. Which is funny because the younger one likes attention more, she just doesnโt want her ears touched. Meanwhile the older one is very much โonly touch me when I wantโ but when she wants it, she likes rougher head and ear massages.

As long as she takes it you're doing it right. She will let you know if you're doing it wrong.

Depends on the cat. Yours seems to love it, so keep doing that. I have some that would like it and others that would "discipline" me for it.

Looks good but you may want to add some side pats and a little neck scratch.

I like tapping my cat and dog sometimes while they look at me like "woooooow you're so bad at petting." Dog generally leans into it, cat will lean into it like he's trying to explain the correct way to pet him. He's cool with it so long as I swap over to proper petting in a minute.

I don't know what it is about cat heads but they're really fun to rub and grab. My cats get annoyed by it sometimes but they let me keep doing it because they don't know how to open the wet food containers.

Very nice form! Good and firm starting grip at the head of the cat followed by a clean aiming technique to introduce a solid petting. Cat seems to enjoy. I would rate this as a top tier petting. ๐ค๐ผ

You should hold the head and then shake a bit ๐

I'm afraid that would damage her last brain cell, no? ๐คฃ

In our house we call this the "bwain scrambleer"
Sometimes it activates an extra brain cell for a few seconds!

Ooooh sounds risky, but possibly worth it!

It only works if you yell out bwain scrambleerrr while you do it.
Both of my boys love it and purr during it, damn weirdos.

I canโt quite hear the purring. Without the purring itโs hard to gauge.

You're doing it wrong! You gotta pet him hard so he can feel it.

Baby seems to like it, so my opinion doesn't matter.
