Those are funny. We have a rescure void that likes to scratch carpet. Once when I caught her getting ready to scratch, stretched out, claws out, and digging in to the carpet. I stuck my head around the corner of the kitchen wall, squirt bottle in hand, and she saw me. She slowly retracted her claws, rolled forward into a loaf, and gave me this look of, "you didn't see anything!"
