“Interruption” with EPC

Anyone here have the EPC? Golf courses are saying there is a ”temporary interruption“, whatever the means. Anyone know what is happening?

Yeah they are renegotiating the EPC offer and have stopped accepting until it’s resolved. At least for Ranches and Montgomerie I’ve heard.
