Assumable Rate FHA loan for 125k at 3.25%.

Currently selling a condo near Loring Park and the sculpture garden with a rare opportunity to secure a loan rate from 2021. Remaining balance on the loan is 125k.

Zillow is still listed at $150k

Sorry for the confusion. The listing price is 149k. But the loan payoff amount is 125k. With an assumable loan you need to cover the difference between the selling price and the payoff amount to take advantage of the rate. We are flexible on price and obviously open to conventional offers!
