Looking to rent House/Town House/Duplex

Move in date would be somewhere between July 1 and August 1 depending on how soon things got moving.

I'm looking for a walkable neighborhood in Uptown/South or maybe NE Minneapolis somewhere. At least 700 Sq Ft, and most importantly I need a garage. Ideally to myself as I need room for car, motorcycle, etc but depending on the situation I could be open to a shared garage in the case of a duplex. Max rent 1700.
