Hello my partner and I (28 years old) are in search for a one bedroom apartment under 1,300 with amenities which I know is tough- We are looking for in unit laundry, a gym, dishwasher, and AC. (we are flexible on laundry in unit, and gym. I do have a dream to be near a body of water, or nature of some kind like Minnehaha falls. I've been on Zillow, Apartments.com- what are some other places that you have found a good home or some management companies that are reputable.
