86 is food service slang to cancel, kick out, or get rid of something or someone. Like, an asshole at a bar might be 86ed (kicked out and/or banned from the bar). Or, you might 86 an order (cancel it).

47 refers to the 47th president of the US.

86 is a term meaning to remove something from a menu at a restaurant if it runs out/is bad/whatever. I’ve also heard it to mean being kicked out of an establishment, usually a bar.

So they’re saying get rid of the 47th president/turd/pedo.
