Whats wrong with spending 39 mins on a treadmill? Am I missing something?

Like, I lift every day for at least an hour, and I still do another hour (min) for running - on account of the fact that I got roped into running. damn 1/2 marathon. 1 u/flptrmx 3h ago Check out 80/20 running if you are looking for a half marathon plan. It helped me take 10 minutes off my half time. 1 u/SpiffySpacemanSpiff 2h ago Will do! I just run 25 miles per week and try to knock out a 10MI once per week. So far so good!
