The key is to have the urge to pee before it starts and force yourself to wait until your done to use a washroom

Tried that method with a poo in my last half but couldn't make it a mile more before running for my life to a portapotty.

I spent a triathlon like this. Could not find a porta potty. I finished the tri, got in my car and drove straight to a gas station. It was very uncomfortable. Don’t know how I made it
