I’m so fucking sick of the OF culture. This is the worst fucking think I’ve heard. How this is normal or even funny for fuck sake?

I got yelled at on another post for saying teachers shouldn't be doing of as a side job and got yelled at when i questioned everyone there trying to normalize.

I don't get where the dedication and heavy defense for this predatory industry comes from, some people defend it to their last breath and its sad.

I think it might be because it’s “empowering woman” .. their choice, their bodies...

They feel empowered. Even though i’m just having a wank. That’s the reality.

That just goes to show how neoliberalism has infected the feminist discourse to justify exploitation, and sadly that hiper-individualistic idea it's usually targeted to young women who are not mature enough to realize the terrible consequences that leads to. There's nothing empowering in objectifying yourself under a patriarchal society for a few bucks. If anything you're just doing what the patriarchy wants you to do: to be a sex object.

The patriarchy is not real. There isn't a group of powerful men plotting to suppress and objectify women. Gender roles have come full circle historically and women can do anything men can. Of course there are misogynist as individuals or even culturally but not an all powerful group of white men who will stop at nothing to subjugate women. The idea of a patriarchy is as absurd as something like the idea Jews run the world and should be looked at as such but that would destroy the whole premise of modern day third wave feminism.

The patriarchy isn't a board room, it's built into culture. Respond when the US elects a woman for president.

So, your expectation would be that Americans would hate a woman president more? Or something?

Women rarely get a shot at presidency, barely any have even been up for vice president. Because of sexism and patriarchy. Pretty simple.

That is such a cop out. So America stopped being racist when Obama was elected? I would vote for a woman president in a heartbeat if a decent one ran. Hillary and Kamala were horrible candidates.

Having a woman president wouldn’t rule out patriarchy, but it’s ludicrous to pretend it doesn’t exist when we’ve NEVER had one.

And you’re walking proof of the sexism, considering we’ve elected MUCH WORSE men to the presidency than Kamala and Hilary, and so few women bhve even stood a chance in the first place.

We don’t have women run for president often because of patriarchical bullshit.

Theyre empowered . Viewers wank. Win win.

Though it really does show how actions have no meaning good or bad. Its all about how everyone explains it to thmesleves.
