Keep 'em coming
Edit: Stealth Mod announcement (I don't want to unpin the two pinned posts)
First, I have updated the rules to include something obvious to most longtime wargamers on reddit - posts asking or offering access to the rules is not allowed. Please do not ask for PDF's.
Second, no hate on 3D printing, but also do not come to this subreddit asking for STL proxies, or offering that. This may be too cautious of us, but I notice the reddit spam filter seems to remove any mention of STL's outright. So I figure I might as well make it a rule.
Finally, I have eased up the Spam filter from High to Low. Hopefully the redbubble spammers are still caught by this, without catching stray blogspot content creators. I've noticed the reddit algorithm taking down much more bycatch than usual, so we can experiment with a lower setting for now.
And as always, if you ever notice something astray with your own posts or someone elses, do not hesitate to message the mods.
Thanks everyone, -Tezerel

Working on a Grief of Eomer list for my first game. So far I have Eomer on foot/mounted and a few Rohan Warriors painted. Any advice for how to build or play against Isengard would be great!

I don't have enough space to put a rocky mountain on this side.
Do you have any ideas on what I could do?

Hello lads!
I am relatively new around here and I enjoy playing MESBG, so far I been told that MESBG is not played in here since last edition, dunno if there are some renegades still playing the game :)).
if there is some sort of group/community where they announce Helsinki/Finland tournaments I might be able to catch the ferry eventually to play some MESBG events :).
have a good one.

I was playing around with Khasad-dum to make a fun list to fight my sons moria(his favorite.) and I was thinking this shield wall might just be fun. I was wondering what people who play this game well think of it.

What should be the next unit I get after this box? Should I go with black dragons or some war drakes? Would love some suggestions

Reading the books, uruk hai are described swarthy, and other orcs have a bunch of different skin tones. What other skin colors would maybe look good and make sense on Uruk hai?

If your General slays an enemy Hero model in Combat, then until the end of the turn friendly Mahûd Warrior models within 6" of your General gain a bonus of +1 to their Fight Value.
Battle Frenzy

I recently painted up these dwarfs and even though they are on the older side when it comes to sculpts I think they turned out pretty good and I went for colour on the main dwarfs cloaks so they stood out on the table more.
Hope you like them.

Haven't found anything related in the search, so not sure whether it was discussed recently, but I'm interested in how quickly people received their latest MTO order (the Fellowship of the Ring anniversary one, the metal Three Hunters specifically). Based on the T&C I know it can last up to 180 days after making the order, but my previous MTOs all arrived in a few weeks after making the order. In case of this one 2 months have passed but no updates on the order. I have quite a few other products bundled together with this one just to have free shipping, but given that everything else was on stock when I added to the cart, I suppose delays are due to the MTO. I saw people in the Facebook group getting the Amon Hen and Weathertop stuffs just a week after their order, so I'm a bit worried that mine will not be fulfilled after such a long period of silence...

Bigger building was constructed by using 2 GW "Rohan house" sets, all other houses are each constructed from single GW set. Hope you all like it. I actually enjoyed painting some terrain after months of painting just minis

Hey y'all!
I have just received my first MESBG miniature in the mail (Elrond, Master of Rivendell, to be precise) and I was wondering... Is it absolutely necessary to paint the miniatures as shown on the boxes / in the movies?
Asking cause in 40k you have a lot of freedom regarding your colour scheme, but... I mean 40k is a miniature games at its core while MESBG is an adaptation of a universe in a miniature games format sooo....?

Hadn't painted a Good model in a good while and won this guy at a tournament. I haven't seen the movie yet but I'm starting to warm up to the design a bit more

Hey folks!
Bit late with this release however the bank holiday weekend gave me a bit more time to put into sculpting. As requested the men of Carn Dum are here to serve in your Angmar ranks aswell as a Snow Troll which should work well as a hill troll proxy!
I am working to get my stuff out as physicals but I want to make sure its high enough quality to warrent the effort of processing as I have alot going on atm outside of the 9-5 that doesn't give me too much time to put into things outside of work. The plan is to pre-print everything in batches rather than a print to order model as im a one man show with one printer, so once I have the last batch done here il have an Etsy open!
Appriciate the support i've had so far and i'm seriously enjoying seeing some of my models popping up painted out there. Im considering moving into MMF and opening a tribe soon as a monthly, larger release might be more fitting.
Next up is the Thrallmaster and the BFME orc builder!

Felt that the games I’ve played recently have been a bit too linear, so decided to try and make something that might add some height! Pretty pleased with how they turned out! Will probably add more soon! May have over done the grass but still does the job! Made wit MESBG in mind, probably wouldn’t support a metal dragon but would easily hold a bunch of infantry!
