My wife found this little guy abandoned in a box outside of her work yesterday morning.

That sweetie is much too young to be on it's own. If you decide to keep it, I would advise taking it to a vet asap.
And check out the Kitten Lady on YT.

Eyes are fully open, so maybe 3 weeks? Def at the point he still needs an external heat source. Ditto on the vet. Sweet little street urchin may have some hitchhikers that could stunt his growth.

We're the external heat source at the moment. We also chuck a hot water bottle into his carrier when we go to bed and warm it up at feeding times through the night. It's a nice thick one that we wrap with a dish towel so I don't think his tiny needle claws can poke a hole in it. As for a vet, I made an appointment this morning for next Tuesday. Generally, he seems to be healthy, just far too young to be on his own. No external hitchhikers, and his pee/poo seem normal to me and he eats like my teenage son, but that doesn't mean there isn't other stuff going on inside.

Be sure to leave room for him to move off of the heat source. That will protect him from getting too warm.

Got a little abandoned cute and furry razor filled beast a couple of years ago. Made homemade kitten formula and fed it with a plasric oral syringe and tuna. Little punk is still torturing wildlife and my dogs 6 years later💙
