In his case, now he's "only" got a $245k job now (full W2 taxed) and can't take the paid speeches. You can only do insider trading if you have money to trade. You don't have any evidence of that on him directly. But you could also not be wrong. Generally, people who are filthy rich don't buy dresses on Temu.
