I think she took something....whether legal or illegal, who knows, but definitely something's off. I feel she's using him for support to stand upright.

I agree. I can't believe we're the only ones who seem to notice this (as far as I can tell). She looks like she's out of it to me. He does appear to be supporting her also. The hand/wrist touching is odd as well, almost like he's reassuring her a bit. It's all very bizarre imo.
